Why I Started Tech Lens Advisors
After decades leading technology initiatives across industries—from public transportation and retail to supply chain and SaaS—I saw a pattern: too many businesses struggle to realize the full value of their technology investments.
I created Tech Lens Advisors to change that. This firm exists to help organizations make smarter decisions, reduce friction in execution, and stay focused on what actually delivers results. About Me
I'm Richard Joseph, a technology leader and advisor with over 30 years of experience driving digital transformation, operational resilience, and scalable service delivery.
My background spans roles as a CIO, Solution Architect, Microsoft Practice Lead, and Strategic Advisor to public and private sector clients. I’ve led ERP and WMS implementations, helped companies navigate organizational change, and partnered with executives to design roadmaps that align tech investments to measurable outcomes.
Tech Lens is the culmination of that experience—a focused advisory firm built to meet clients where they are, and help them get where they’re going.
